REBECCA FIRESTONE

Rebecca is a songwriter and lyricist based in Cleveland, Ohio. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Literature from The Ohio State University and is deeply Influenced by the music of her childhood. She was inspired early on by the genres emanating from her family's record player. This especially includes Pop, Rock, Country, Gospel, Irish and Celtic Folk, to 50’s and 60’s Rock and Folk. Her style is diverse, and she moves easily among genres.
 
Rebecca works often in collaboration with others as songwriter and lyricist, and has collaborated with the Colton Sisters, Brad Hails, Jim Bryson, and her mentor, Jadea Kelly. She has previously studied with Murray Foster and The Toronto Songwriting School. 
 
Personally, Rebecca lives in the small suburb of Willowick with her dogs. She loves writing, live music, television and film, traveling, caffeine, and the color blue.
